Route description:
Starting from Krems the route leads through vineyards and "Kellergassen"
(lanes with vine cellars, built into the clay hills), then over the ridge of
"Wagram" (with splendid views to the Danube valley and to Waldviertel)
to Langenlois (in the centre neat old houses). Then we follow the river Kamp
valley upstream. Our destination is Rosenburg, one of the most beautiful Renaissance
castles of Austria. Depending on our timetable and personal preferences are
there opportunities for having lunch at castle restaurant, guided tour through
Rosenburg and/or falconry show.
