No previous knowledge required.

But more experienced climbers wills also get adequate training from Matthew.

In this course we teach the basics of toprope climbing in an indoor climbing hall (Rotenturmstraße 14). You´ll will also get an introduction in lead climbing and lead climbing belaying.
