Description :

Matthias Prinner via ferrata is with moderate difficulty (C/D). It was built and opened in 2023. The route is known for its steep, slightly overhanging ladder and a 30-meter rope bridge. It consists of two sections: the starting one which is challenging (C/D), and a long traverse which reaches a maximum difficulty of B/C. The total length of the ferrata is approximately 250 meters.
As it is rather short, we can combine it with other ferrata(s), most likely with Frauenluckensteig (B) and Völlerin (A), or in case we have a car some other options are possible.
The ferrata has challenging first section which can be climbed by people with already good experience with C/D ferratas. However, as the first part can be skipped and bypassed with ascent via Frauenluckensteig, also people experienced with B/C ferratas can join and do the easier variant.

The event will take place in good weather conditions, otherwise it can be canceled or postponed (move to Saturday the same weekend is also an option).
