Description :

Scenic hike in Murzsteg Alps, with crossing of the whole mountain range: Kernhof - Göllerhütte - Göller - Waldhüttsattel - Gippel -Gippelmauer - Mistelbacher Höhe - Obersberg - Schwarzau im Gebirge, with overnight stay at Göller hütte on Saturday.

Saturday: Kernhof - Waldhüttsattel -Göller (1766m) or even to Terzer Göller (1728m). Descend to Göllerhütte (1442m) - stay overnight.

Sunday: Göllerhütte - Waldhüttsattel - Gippel (1669m) - Gippelmauer - Mistelbacher Höhe - Obersberg (1467m) - Schwarzau im Gebirge

Second day will be strenious ( some 18 km, with a lot of going up and down in altitude), so you need to be fit enough for long and demanding hike to join.

Also a deposit may be collected to make the reservation at the hut.

The event will take place only in good weather conditions.

Technical requirements :

T2, Rough areas, broken rocks and boulder fields are not a problem for me. I am sure-footed and free of dizziness

Physical requirements :

K3, 7-10 hours / day; up and down
