Description :

Let's try out a new concept of evening walks after work during the week.

We'll start with a walk through the Lainzer Tiergarten, starting from Hütteldorf station and walking through the Tiergarten for a couple of hours, to a Heuriger in the 13th district, either near to the Lainzer Tor or the Gutenbachtor.

Meeting time will be around 6pm in Hütteldorf. Full details will be given to registered participants.

The trip will be cancelled in case of bad weather.

Technical requirements :

T1, I can move myself surefootedly on trails and narrow foot-paths

Physical requirements :

K1, 2-4 hours / day; up and down

Duration in hours and

ca. 2.5 hrs, 8km, 200-300m of elevation gain.

Equipment :

light hiking shoes, clothing according to weather. Small water bottle/snacks.

Transport Details :

U4 or train to Hütteldorf. Return by bus or tram to U4 Hietzing (or wherever else you need to get to!).
