Taking over from Mateusz - let's hope the weather will cooperate this time.
Combination of three easy (B) ferratas (Gaislochsteig and Gustav-Jahn-Steig followed by the top part of the Alpenvereinssteig) in the Grosses Hollental valley followed by a very gentle descent trough the Grosser Kesselgraben (map).
Suitable for people without ferrata experience but surefootedness absolutely required.
All in all a pretty long route (almost 16 km distance and 1600 m elevation gain) so good stamina is required.
We can stop for drinks at Gloggnitzer huette - the hut has very basic food options aso best to bring own picnic lunch.
Sunscreen, sunglasses, raingear, hiking poles, hat can come handy during the hike.
Approach or hiking shoes - no sneakers because Gaisslochsteig is usually quite wet and slippery and we'll also encouter some gravel.
If I don't know you I will contact you and ask about your experince and kind of hikes you did in the past month.
