Description :

Easy skitour from the parking lot 'Bärenkogel' (abou 1h15 drive from Vienna) to Pretul via Ganzlalm. It is not technically difficult, but you need to be a reasonably good skier, confident on red and black slopes. Also, you need a full skitouring equipment, including an avalanche beacon, and you should be familiar with the skitouring equipment. If you do not have your own equipment, it is possible to rent it at certain ÖAV sections, for example Edelweiss. Depending on the weather and the snow conditions at the beginning of February, it might be necessary to opt for a comparable skitour which is more far away from Vienna.

T1, I can move myself surefootedly on trails and narrow foot-paths

Physical requirements :

K1, 2-4 hours / day; up and down

Transport Details :

We start from the parking lot 'Bärenkogel' (1090m). I have a car, depending on the Corona rules we will need up to 3 cars.
