Circular hike across the Schneealpe, with an ascent to the highest peak on the mountain - Windberg (1.903 m). Ascent is via Karlgraben from Schlapfen :) After reaching the highest point, which offers great views of the Vienna Basin, Dachstein and Triglav we go straight down via Kutatschhütte to the Kohlebnerstand, and then further to Mürzzuschlag.
The event can be postponed or canceled in case of bad weather.
Important: The route is demanding, but rewarding, so all participants must be enough fit and physically prepared for a long hike with a duration of approximately 8 hours, and an altitude difference on the ascent of 1200m.
