One of the above hikes or a similar one..

T2/T3 technicality as both options involve either a short/ easy ferrata (Rax south side) or some stretches of narrow and exposed pathways (Suedlicher Grafensteig).

Both optioins are K3 walks as they may involve approx. 7+ hours of hiking.

Technical requirements :

T3, I feel fine in difficult technical conditions and have mountain experience. I can manage to climb up and down without a rope on routes of climbing difficulty UIAA grade 1+

Physical requirements :

K3, 7-10 hours / day; up and down

7 + hours, 800 - 1000 m of elevation gain, depending on hike.

Equipment :

sturdy boots, bring cold weather gear, too, as the weather & temperature can be changeable & unpredictable at this time of the season. Sturdy boots, rain gear, water supplies, snacks, maybe: Huettenschlafsack.
