Back in September 1999, the first meeting of the Alpine Club Vienna took place. This means that in September 2019, we will be 20 years old - time for a celebration!
The weekend will hopefully consist of various activities on Saturday and Sunday (hopefully at least some shorter and longer hikes and some climbing) - these will be announced closer to the time, and seperate trip sheets with registration will be published.
From about 4pm we can then start the party at the hut - the Peilsteinhaus - food and drinks can be ordered as normal at the bar.
I have provisionally booked 40 places for sleeping, but we can potentially have more beds if there is more interest.
If you intend coming to the party, please register on this tripsheet. If you only intend coming on the Saturday for the party, but not sleeping overnight, please mention this in the notes during registration, otherwise I will assume you want to stay overnight.
Note that until the end of May, priority will be given to active and/or long standing members of the ACV - exceptionally, this will not be done on a first come, first served basis. So even if the registration list shows "Waiting List Places Only" - if you are an active or long time member, please still register and you have a good chance of getting a place. From the beginning of June, if there are places still available these will then be given on a first come first served basis.
Note that the hut is only reachable on foot (ca 1-2 hrs) or by mountain bike. There is no possibility to drive to the hut. Starting points for walking there are easily reachable by public transport, and there is plenty of car parking directly below the hut.
Note: Children and dogs are welcome. Please register children seperately and write a note that they are children. If you intend bringing a dog, please also write this in the notes in registration - people with dogs, and their dogs will be put in the same rooms (so the dogs must like each other :-))

NOTE: Original registration date is closed. Reopening registration for waiting list places, as it may still be possible to get more beds. Please register if you are interested, especially currently or formerly active members of our group, and we'll try and get you a place.
UPDATE 9/8/2019: We only need to give final numbers about a week before the event, so reopening registration. Everyone who has registered until now has a place, if they still want it. Should anyone who registered not be able to come, please inform me as soon as possible, but certainly before the closing date for registration (short term cancellations due to sickness etc excepted of course!).
