Description:
1-day hike
Length of activity, difficulty:
3 to 4 hours walking time, no difficulty but with a little bit of alpine feeling! Some nice rocky parts which can be passed by easily if you prefer.
Meeting point and ending point:
Helenental, Cholerakapelle
Meeting time: 10.00 a.m.
Ending time: abt. 16.00 p.m.
Public Transportation:
Train to Baden – Bus to Cholerakapelle ( only a few times a day)
Please check details for yourself.
Driving Insructions:
A2 exit Baden b. Wien > B210 direction Helenental- Alland , passing Hotel Sacher on the left, appr. 4 km later stop at Cholerakapelle
(if you see Krainerhütte you are too far > 1.5 km - please return!)
Car sharing:
please let us know if you can offer free seats or are looking for one
Recommended Equipment:
Usual hiking equipment e.g. hiking boots, raincoat, drinking bottle, and snacks if you like, you can get food at the hut too. Warm accessories in case of weather change.
Registration:
Please register preferably directly by email with the trip leader or by phone (see below).
We need registration until 6th June so that we know all participants we should wait for.
