Easy Adventure Hike through a part of the NATIONALPARK DONAUAUEN.
Between Wildungsmauer and Petronell-Carnuntum. About 50 km from Vienna. Most people
who hear Carnuntum take their cars and drive directly to the excavations of
the former roman empire but we will be in the forest. Full of different
birds, very old side arms and swamps of the danube and we will see the work
of the beaver. Maybe we have to climb over some broken trees but mostly we
walk on an old forest-street.

MEETINGPOINT: WIEN MITTE (LANDSTRASSE) direct on the platform No.3,
Schnellbahn NO. 7 in direction WOLFSTHAL or AIRPORT. (Please don't go to
the
CAT)

PRICE: One direction with VORTEILSCARD from Schwechat until Wildungsmauer:
2.50 Euro.
Please take Tickets with you to punch it at the trainstation because I
don't know from what village we will go back to vienna.

It depends on us when we will be back in Vienna. (Maybe 5 hours)

Trains from Petronell-Carnuntum always every hour per example 17:08 and so
on and Wildungsmauer in direction of Vienna are every hour 17:13 until 22:13.

Please don't forget drinks and food. Raincoat. (We will sit and eat maybe
on cutted trees or on stones near the water and watch the heron.)
