Walking-tour through a part of Vienna. (Especially for those who are also interested in culture!)

the weather on this saturday as the weather satellite shows is still fine. The

next days the weather will change again and it will be colder.

I take this opportunity to invite you to join me on a walk-tour called

"SCHLEICHWEGE" (not SCHEICHWEGE!) or lets say

"SECRET PATHES" through a part of Vienna. Most of the time we see no cars but we

are still in Vienna. (Die meiste Zeit sehen wir keine Autos und sind doch in

Wien.)

Meeting time (Uhrzeit): 1.30pm (13.30)

Meeting Place: U3 Station SIMMERING in the upper hall! (In der oberen Halle)

Date (Datum): 1.3.2003

Tour: After we arrive the green area we walk until Schloss NEUGEBAUEDE (will be

renovated completly very soon) www.viennaslide.com/wien-neugebaude.htm

(NEUGEBAUDE is correct written).

We walk between fields and when we reach the Zentralfriedhof we will either go

through gate 3 or 2 and walk to the Jewish Cemetry. There you can watch

wonderful graves made of stone and wrought iron.

(Tour in Deutsch: Nachdem wir das Grüne erreicht haben, wandern wir bis zum

Schloss Neugebäude (siehe dazu im Internet). Wir wandern weiter zwischen Felder

und erreichen dann entweder Tor 3 oder 2 vom Zentralfriedhof und gehen bis zu

Tor 1 durch. Dort könnt Ihr Euch, sofern Ihr diese noch nicht kennt die vielen

wunderschönen Gräber mit ihren Schmiedeeisen, Mausoleen und Efeubedeckungen

ansehen.)

SONDERN SICH AUCH FUER KULTUR INTERESSIEREN.

THIS TOUR IS ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO SEE ALSO CULTURAL PLACES.

I will make this tour with minimum 5 people. (Ticket, Wochenkarte?,

Monatskarte? of Vienna)

Diese Tour findet nur dann statt, wenn sich mindestens 5 Personen dafür

interessieren. Keine Zusatzkarten außer jene von Wien notwendig.

Attention: If somebody, lets say tourists or foreigners would like to do this

tour on friday because you guess the weather will be better and less people, let

me know. The meeting time and place will be the same but it will be than at

28.2.2003. (This friday!) On friday you can, if you want! visit afterwords the

Austro-American Society in 1st district , Stallburggasse 2., 7pm.

Achtung: Wenn manche meinen, es ist ihnen lieber schon am Freitag loszuziehen,

dann sagt es mir, ab 5 Personen (für Selbständige (freie Zeiteinteilung) oder

Pensionisten etc.) dann geht das Ganze auch am Freitag 28.2.2003. Dazu gäbe es

dann (nach Eurer Wahl!) auch ein Abendprogramm in der Austro-Amerikanischen

Gesellschaft, 1., Stallburggasse 2. 19.00. Gospel "The Voices". Eintritt frei.
