The social part of the hiking club is focused on the monthly meetings.
These meetings occur on the last Thursday of the month, and their purpose
is to bring everyone up to date on the activities the club is offering. It
is also your chance to share experiences and plans, thoughts and ideas.
We do not limit ourselves to sport activities, and why should we? We
encourage anyone who wishes to follow our "friends inviting friends"
mentality to arrange events.. In the past we have visited English Language
events such as St. Patrick's Day, English Theatre and out ever popular
Glühwein Marathon.
We encourage anyone to attend for at least one meeting, regardless of where
your alpine club membership is, and if you have one or not. If you like
what you see, please feel welcome.
After the meeting is your chance to search for like-minded individuals that
also share your ideas of "fun". Be sure to plan on the after meeting
social drink, and we look forward to seeing you there at the next
opportunity.
