of the format a tripsheet should be in, and what kind of information it should have.

Date: (Date the trip will take place)

Description:
(A description of what the event will consist of with an idea of where you are going and what there is to see and do. Try to describe the route
in a way that someone later might be able to use this as a guide to do it on their own)
Length of activity, difficulty :
(For instance, how many kilometers will be hiked, how much time will it take, what is the level of difficulty, what special skills might be required, is it suitable for children)
Meeting point and ending point :
(Where exactly will everyone meet to start this event, and where will the event end)
Meeting time: (The time everyone should be there, ready to go)
Ending time: (Your best guess as to when the ending point will be reached)
Public Transportation :
(Put here information about Train Schedules, Bus routes, or however else one can get to the Meeting Point and back home from the Ending Point)
Driving Instructions :
(Instructions on how to get there by car as detailed as possible)
Car Sharing :
(Let everyone know if car sharing might be a possibility for this event. If so, you might request that those who have room in their car to share and those that need a ride contact you. You can then try and get those people in contact with one another)
Recommended Equipment:
(Everything you think participants should bring with them, such as any special equipment, foot gear, rain gear, sunscreen, drinks, food etc)
Comments:
(Everything else that might be of importance or interest to those joining you)
Contact Infromation for Trip Leader:
(How should people contact you for questions or to confirm their going if needed? You can give your phone number and email address - and your email address will be encrypted to prevent spam bots from harvesting it from the web page.)
