Matthias would like to offer a hike in the Vienna Woods in memory of Andrea Brandstetter, a long-time member of our group who passed away last year.
*** Membership in the Alpenverein is NOT REQUIRED for this hike - non members just write "Non-Member" in the registration form ***
We will start at Kurpark Baden and walk to the Rudolf Proksch Hütte.
On the way it is possible to visit a small cave, the "Einöd-Höhle". If you want to visit the cave you need a torch.
From the Proksch-Hütte we will go the Anninger. From there we will walk to the Panoaramarestaurant near Guntramsdorf.
There you will find excellent food and a great view.
On the way there are also some look-out towers.
The last walk leads to the train station of Guntramsdorf.
This is an easy walk with many breaks.
It should be great fun for children.
