Description :

Dear all,

On Saturday 4th November we'll do a short introductory ferrata for begginers. Depending on the group level we'll go to different locations nearby Vienna (Max 1 hour drive). Going for one or two ferratas will depend on the number of participants and preferences.

Ideally, we'll leav the city early in the morning to be back in the afternoon before the sunset.

This is not an alpine course but we'll give you some advice on how to climb a via ferrata.

No previous experience is requiered.

Technical requirements :

T2, Rough areas, broken rocks and boulder fields are not a problem for me. I am sure-footed and free of dizziness

Physical requirements :

K1, 2-4 hours / day; up and down

Half day trip, including travelling.

Equipment :

Full via ferrata kit (Helmet, harness, carabiners), hiking boots, warm clothing, snacks & beverages
